This is a newly created role at a top Legal 100 firm for a Tax Solicitor to join their highly regarded Private Client department, based in Guildford.

This firm are seeking a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years post qualification, who is a tax specialist to work on a broad range of Private Client matters. You will advise HNW clients on tax matters; inheritance tax, CG tax, income tax planning but also succession planning through wills and trusts including international/cross border, planning and advising non-UK domiciled and non-UK trusts. All across a varied client base including; HNW individuals, entrepreneurs, business owners and charities to name a few.
