Robert Walters are representing a well-established and successful organisation in their search for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager. This role involves working closely with a strong leadership team across finance and the wider business to ensue continued success and growth, including taking charge of a number of upcoming projects and delivering strategy. This role will initially be working from home then offer flexibility going forward.

The indiviual within this positon will be responsible for multiple duties across the FP&A division, including taking ownership of strategies, initiatives and key analysis to the senior management team along with and challenging the existing financial processes with a view of streamlining and enhancing where possible.

Responsibilities;

* Delivery of all planning and reporting across multiple business unit areas

* Analysis of organisational performance, market trends and delivery of commercial MI to the executive team

* Assist with all elements of budgeting and forecasting across the business unit area

* Business partner with key stakeholders to understand, identify and deliver key business drivers and performance indicators

* Analyse, manipulate and model large quantities of complex financial information that can be easily presented to a range of stakeholders

* Delivery of relevant market and organisational risk assessments to the senior management team

* Ensure that internal stakeholders have clear and simplified financial information to enable them to make strategic decisions

* Identify internal efficiencies and improve all internal controls and processes across the organisation

* Lead of the delivery of a number of key efficiency projects across the organisation

As the successful applicant you will be CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified with previous commercial finance exposure within FP&A ideally within a larger organisation. You will have a proven track record of success when dealing with multiple senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment and the ability to influence key decisions, as well as up to date experience of analysing large quantities of information. Strong system and Excel skills are a necessity.
