An excellent opportunity has become available with a leading UK charity, to join their growing team as a Finance Business Partner! It's an exciting time to join this large, national charity as their impact and reach continues to grow, changing the lives of thousands of people every year.

As Finance Business Partner, your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing financial support to the corporate functions including finance, IT and HR
• Managing the annual budget and quarterly forecasting process for the organisation
• Providing finance business partnering support to the SMT in order to maximise value and control costs, working with other Finance Business Partners to deliver consolidated reporting for the Charity
• Preparing consolidated monthly management accounts for the organisation
• Producing variance analysis between actuals and budgets and forecast, supporting the Head of FP&A and CFO in reporting to Trustees and Exec Team

The successful candidate will:

• Be a fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) accountant with post-qualification experience working in a similar role
• Have proven experience of providing finance business partnering support to a large, complex organisation
• Be willing and able to get stuck in to month end accounting and Excel data manipulation when necessary
• Have excellent communication skills, enabling you to provide a commercial and customer-focused service
