We are currently working alongside a leading facilities management organisation to recruit a Junior Finance Analyst in Central London.

The Junior Finance Analyst will support the contract management and Commercial Finance team with administration processes, as well as wider administration across the account and to ensure the continual financial management across the contract

Key Responsibilities;

Creating Purchase Orders
Ensure all GRN's are processed and queries followed up with relevant Finance/Commercial teams
Processing invoices, chasing all Open Purchase Orders daily to get subcontractor/supplier invoices in and added to the system for processing
Dealing with suppliers for late or outstanding Invoices and credit notes, etc
Supporting Finance/Commercial Team in the Month End processIdeal candidate

University degree is beneficial, in a mathematical or financial discipline
Good attitude, willing to learn and develop
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to achieve deadlines, work under pressure and use own initiative
Advanced software skills - MS Office, Excel & Word. Excel; Lookups, pivots working with data
