Walters People are working with a leading utility organisation in Media City to recruit a Senior Credit Controller with extensive B2C experience to start work as soon as possible.The role is being recruited on a temporary to permanent basis

You will report directly into the Head of Credit. The duties and responsibilities will include:

Manage daily credit control duties including first line queries, customer correspondence and direct debits
Manage external DCA relationships
Manage DCA invoices
Liaising with various internal stakeholders
Additional ad-hoc dutiesWhat you will need:

Extensive B2C Credit Control experience
An understanding of the DCA process and protocols
Excellent interpersonal skills to allow long lasting relationships to be built
