- Creation and issue of sales invoices, credit notes and top ups
- Capture all estimates and liquidations on various systems.
- Tracking and processing of quality claims
- Responsible for inter account transfers and producer payments.
- Reconciliation of various systems.
- Daily liaison with commercial team as well as local planning and logistics team.
- Analysis of information for reasonability.
- Responsible for all ad hoc queries from the commercial and procurement team.
- Responsible for certain items on trial balance.
- Various month-end reporting responsibilities.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by financial controller.
