Your new company
My Client is newly acquired organisation to a large manufacturing global group. Having recently been acquired they are now going through a considerable amount of organisational change, embarking upon building a UK finance shared service centre.

Your new role
As Shared service lead, you will be tasked with designing and building the UK finance function for the organisation. You will work closely with the Global Director of Finance to design a high preforming finance function. You will build and manage the following functions, Accounts payable, Account receivable, credit control and financial accounting.
Alongside this you will be responsible for defining and rolling out accounting & reporting best practice, from the point of designing process to the BAU month end process once implemented.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be suitably qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with extensive shared service experience, from building high performing teams from scratch to transforming finance teams and implementing accounting procedures. You will also poses hands on financial accounting skills
