As a Finance & Administration Business Associate you'll be a trusted business advisor. You'll have the opportunity to position IBM for long-term financial growth delivering analysis, and providing insight and innovation into the business. Scope of duties:

• documents indexing and validation
• invoice processing
• travel and expenses processing
• reconciliation process
• reporting
• vendors and customers creation, updates and blocking / unblocking
• validation and analyze related to vendor and customer accounts
• issues and queries resolution
• support of new tools implementation, reporting and audit related activities

• Very good English and Hungarian (must have)
• Very good analytical skills and attention to details
• Advanced skills using MS Office applications (Excel)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Self-motivated, can prioritize tasks and set deadlines
• Well organized and proactive
• Quick Learning Ability
• Good client focus

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Education background accounting/economics as an asset
• Experience in using accounting systems (SAP) is an asset
