The Role:

Develop and monitor the Acquisition Finance book on an ongoing basis. Identify ancillary business opportunities and progresses these with colleagues across the Group.Identify risk acceptable transactions, completes analysis of all aspects of the transaction.Conduct syndication assessment and undertakes secondary trading to manage bank's final hold levels.Monitor the market for key trends, i.e. structures; conditions; economic issues etcParticipates in defining the bank's strategy regarding Acquisition Finance.Promote the banks name amongst key players in the market to ensure steady stream of creditworthy deal invitations.

Experience Required

Experience in Corporate/Structured Finance lending or equivalent credit training Experience in a Bank or similar institution working on the credit analysis and financial modelling of Leveraged Loans Acquisition Finance evaluation skills Cash-flow sensitivity analysis/modelling skillsFinancial and feasibility study skills Verbal and written communication skills Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
