Role

Reporting to the FP&A Director the FP&A Analyst will join a dynamic and business focused team. We're looking for a passionate and ambitious individual with the ability to learn quickly and the desire to take on responsibility. You'll be a strong communicator with the personality to build strong relations with colleagues and to exert a positive influence on their business decisions.

The function which focuses on performing insightful analysis and providing challenge within the business.

• Finance Analyst role in analyzing business information and data to support business leads
• SG&A Analysis to provide analysis to support the functional leaders and/or country leads
• Business stage gate process and providing support for new product/brand/country launches
• Running quarterly budget cycles including gathering inputs, analyzing them and creating output decks
• Running month end reporting process and consolidation on month end packs
• Using Netsuite, Oracle, Hyperion, Tableau business intelligence tools
• The position is based in the London Head office and is office based with no physical duties required

Profile

We are looking for an experienced qualified accountant: CIMA, ACCA or ACA who has at least 3-4 years in FP&A - commercial analysis, budgeting & forecasting. The role requires strong excel skills, experience working with and supporting senior managers allied with excellent communication skills. Experience of Netsuite would be an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

A highly competitive salary of £50,000 - £55,000 pus benefits.

The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
