Accounts Payable Purchase Ledger - £12 - £15 per hr and flexible working hours

Temporary assignment initially for 2 months with a view to extension.

Duties/attributes:
  • Record purchase ledger invoices.
  • Reconciliation of supplier accounts.
  • Resolve compliance inconsistencies supplier queries.
  • Review and Prepare payment runs and related remittance advices.
  • Posting of all cash entries onto SAP and reconciling against invoices.
  • Enhance and Implement reconciliation of all company credit cards, statements and expense report reconciliation in a timely manner.
