Fletcher George is currently recruiting a Management Accountant for a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Surrey. The firm work with a wide range of clients from local SME businesses to large UK and International companies across many business sectors.

Our client currently has a career opening for an experienced Practice professional to work as a Management Accountant within their Business Services team. You will report directly to senior management and be based in stunning offices with study support. This is a perfect opportunity for an active ACA or ACCA studier to continue studying whilst working in a varied role and supportive team environment.

The main responsibilities will be:


• Preparation of management accounts

• All aspects of general bookkeeping

• Preparation of VAT returns

• Assisting clients with general accounting support and advice

• Extensive client liaison

You will be required to have at least two years of relevant practical experience working in a firm of accountants and ideally some exposure to preparing monthly accounts. Excellent communication skills are also essential as there will be lots of client interaction.
