Global FMCG Organisation are seeking a Pricing/Revenue Analyst to join their team on a temporary assignment, the role is remote based. The Pricing Analyst would be based in the Northern European Cluster. The purpose of this role is to develop cost price increase methodology in order to offset Tariffs that will be imposed by Brexit.

The Pricing Analyst would be responsible for pulling together a detailed view of how Tariffs can be offset by price increases through reviewing both Customer and Brand impacts and creating a plan to mitigate the impacts.

The ideal candidate would need strong analytical skills, be detailed orientated with high financial and commercial acumen ideally within a similar business and role. Previously pricing projects exposure.

Duties of the Pricing Analyst include:

60% Cost Price Increase Methodology - Brexit Tariffs
Reviews Tariff impacts at a product level and has solid understanding of business impact

• Defines a plan and creates a model to mitigate the impact of tariffs at both Brand and Customer Level

• Create a robust model that is flexible if Tariff impacts change

• Simplifies a complex model so that it can be understood across the business

• Work within Legal and Financial frameworks to generate these outputs

40% Tracking Post Brexit Impact

• Create a methodology to define how Tariffs will be refunded to customers

• Create reports to allow easy tracking of Tariff payments and reimbursement over time

• Align methodology with extended team for visibility and communication back to customers and business

Required Qualifications for the Pricing Analyst role:

Required Years of Related Experience: 3-5
Excellent IT skills (especially Excel)
Strong Financial acumen
Highly detailed orientated
Ideally will have worked in a similar business on similar pricing projects
