Our client is an internation manufacturing company. They are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their existing Finance Team

Job Description
Purpose of the job
Insert all the purchase invoices in the system and make sure all data are report correctly.
Context
Work in Financial Office and work closely to all departments involving invoices and supporting them in the use of AX Microsoft System. Maintain relationship with suppliers and be able to deal with inquiries and complains.

Process purchase and expense invoicesProvide support to the finance managerMain tasks:
Preparation of all purchase and expense invoices for data input including sorting, referencing and obtaining authorisation for paymentProcessing of all purchase invoices and credits via Microsoft AXVerify the accuracy of information (Price, quantity etc) and find any missing information/product receiptsDeal with all invoice and telephone queriesMatch credit notes with invoices and prepare and raise debit notes when necessaryMaintain and update company database with supplier detailsPrepare twice monthly BACS paymentsReconcile and monitor assigned balance sheet accounts and post prepayments, accruals, adjustments and provisionsSupport preparation of monthly management accountsAssist in preparing annual budgetAssist in statutory accounts preparation for financial auditBookkeeping for other group companies (Regifin, RADE)Maintain an accurate and update filing systemPreparation of intrastat reports on a monthly basisIntercompany ReconciliationsGenerate month and report for Company AccountantPetty Cash and Employee expensesOther ad hoc finance dutiesReports/documentation:
