Robert Half Finance and Accounting are recruiting for a Fluent German speaking Accounts Payable officer for a 12 month temporary role for a great technology brand.

Role

• In charge of maintaining AP inbox and responding to emails in a timely manner.
• Process vendor invoices (PO and non-PO), ensure approval, investigate and resolve discrepancies when applicable.
• Process invoices from customers (for deductions) ensure they are appropriately approved before being booked and released for payment.
• Ensure invoices are processed accurately (distributed to correct accounts or department, carrying correct tax codes, attention paid to different currencies).
• Audit, review and approve employee out of pocket and credit card expense reports.
• Maintain vendor records up-to-date, and process new vendor application forms.
• Process vendor and employee expenses payments in accordance with payment term policy.
• Reconcile 'Invoice on Hold' report with 'Subledger Exceptions' report.
• Digitally archive invoices/approvals and attach in Oracle.

£14-17ph + holiday pay depending on experience.
