One of Burton Upon Trent's growing businesses is looking for a FinanceBusiness Partner to join their growing finance team on a permanent basis. You will be based in Burton Upon Trent with a view to small levels of travel across the business establishments.

In this high-profile job you will be reporting into the Business Reporting Manager business partnering with the operational and executive teams providing key financial insight to stakeholders. You will be helping the business strive for operational excellence through performance monitoring of each outlet whilst offering financial intelligence to operational teams. There are excellent development opportunities on offer with this business due to their extremely collaborative nature.

You will be supporting the operations teams through acting as a central point of contact for financial queries and financial implementation of new strategies alongside holding monthly sessions to foster collaborative working.

Duties:

• Working collaboratively with the relevant members of the finance team to produce P&L to the highest quality.

• Consistently reviewing the balance sheet to ensure transparency and accuracy.

• Meet with operations and other internal stakeholders regularly to support initiatives and cost reduction.

• Accurately run month end reporting processes.

• Produce and present establishment specific budgets and re forecasts.

• Support the business reporting manager in producing month end reporting packs.

• Lead continuous improvements in financial processes.

• Prepare ad hoc analysis as required.

The successful finance business partner will be offered a competitive salary between £40,000 and £45,000, alongside an excellent market beating package.

The role is commutable from Burton, Litchfield, Derby, Castle Donnington and Tamworth.
