Our client, an international business procurement outsourcing organisation, are proud to present a genuinely unique opportunity for a talented Billing analyst based in Birchwood Warrington.

We are seeking someone who will be able to take responsibility for the day to day billing processes and job schedules for their 80 plus clients from 270 sites. You will have great organisational skills and work well under pressure.

The Billing Analyst will be responsible for the delivery of accurate and timely invoicing. They will provide the required dataset to ensure that customers are accurately billed aligned to the agreed schedule. They will be look at any misalignments in the data and resolve anything that prevents a successful charge. They will support the business with processes such as reporting checks as well and identifying areas of risks and implementing improvements.

Job Description

• Ensure accurate billing across all our client base
• Complete transactional billing
• Complete recurring billing
• Complete one-off billing
• Deal with any misalignments in data
• Resolve internal / external queries

Skills required

• A highly motivated, positive, and enthusiastic attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong/advanced use of Microsoft
• Strong communication both written and verbal

Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
