My client is a thriving technology company and they're recruiting for a Newly Qualified Finance Manager.

With a renowned presence in the London, my client plans to thrive further year on year and dominate the IT market. They have a genuine need in the market, which is why this business has achieved such great success. They are now recruiting for a Newly Qualified Finance Manager to join their finance team in the City of London.

Role

The Finance Manager will report into the Managing Director and will be responsible for the following:

• Production & presentation of monthly management accounts including; balance sheet, profit & loss, budget comparisons and income forecasts
• Management of company bank accounts
• Cash flow forecasting & reporting
• Company budget production
• Project finance & reporting
• Monitoring company fixed assets, loans & leases
• Liaison with external accountants for annual statutory accounts
• VAT & statutory tax compliance
• Supervising part-time bookkeeper role
• Companies house updates
• Payroll, pension & insurance
• Financial analysis & strategic advice to board
• Continuous improvement and implementation of new finance systems

Profile

The successful candidate will own the following:

- Newly Qualified ACCA/CIMA

- AAT qualified or 2:1 and above from a reputable university

- System implementation experience

- Xero experience, Quikkbooks (desirable)

- Confidence to liaise with board of directors

- Excellent communication skills

- Proven Management Accountant

- Can commute to the City of London

- Knowledge of the IT industry (desirable)

Salary & Benefits

£45,000 - £50,000 & Additional benefits
