As Finance Manager you will take responsibility for:

• Leading the assistant management accountant
• Ensuring weekly flash sales is reported
• Production of the monthly management accounts and commentary
• Reporting on inventory and developing the inventory management system
• Ensure effective controls are in place, all balance sheet reconciliations are completed
• Work with production manager to decrease wastage and scrap
• Business partnering department heads

To be considered for this opportunity you will be an experienced Finance Manager or an ambitious management accountant, looking for a step up with a strong manufacturing background with experience of standard costing and accounting for inventory, an accountancy qualification would be a distinct advantage, though they would consider candidates close to qualifying.
