KEY DUTIES &

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monthly P&L account

• P&L budgeting and forecasting

• Manage & Assist preparation of annual budgets

• Performance analysis metrics, e.g. variances and production delays

• Ownership / review of relevant balance sheet accounts

• Fixed assets &capital expenditure

• Line manager for Accounts Assistants

• Management Accounts: Manage & Assist preparation of monthly management accounts and Actual/Budget variance analysis

• Statutory Accounts: Assist with preparation of annual statutory accounts and Manage external audit of statutory accounts

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

Finance / Accounts Degree CIMA / ICAEW / ACCA qualifiedIndustry experience (esp. pharma) beneficialSAP experience beneficialManagement experienceOutstanding mathematical skillsDeadline/completion orientated with strong planning & organisation skills, and attention to detailInfluencing skillsGood verbal, written communication and presentation skillsGood leadership/mentoring/influencing and coaching skillsAnalytical & IT skillsDetails of Package:
