Job Responsibility:

1. Prepare weekly closing - GL posting and generate reports

2. Prepare and distribute monthly overhead analysis & reports.

3. Prepare monthly accrual, amortization & reallocation journals.

4. Review and analyses weekly/ monthly manufacturing variances elements.

5. Perform account reconciliations for accruals and prepayment.

6. Prepare intercompany cross charges and reconcile intercompany balances.

7. Resolve incorrect accounting entries.

Qualification:

Bachelor Degree in Accounting or professional qualification eg: CA/ACCA/ CIMA/ MICPA/ CPA graduate or finalist

Experiences:

Prior working experiences in Finance department of large US based manufacturing would be added advantage.

Specialized skills:

1. Strong proficiency in accounting.

2. String in Microsoft office suite, i.e. Ms Excel, PowerPoint

3. Experiences in ERP system i.e. QADs and Hyperion Finance management strongly preferred

4. Enjoy in working with people
