My client is a well known Public Sector organisation based in Wales.
Description
Are you a qualified Accountant with excellent systems skills, management accounting and stakeholder engagement skills.
I am recruiting for a large Public Sector organisation based in Wales who are looking to hire a project accountant for a 6 month temporary contract.
My client is currently looking to enhance their current Agresso system by allowing all budget holders direct access to financial information for their areas.
This is a big shift in strategy for the organisation and the Project Accountant will join to add extra support to this changing environment.
The Project Accountant will be responsible for the smooth uploading of relevant financial information to all budget holders and then work with the current team to ensure that all budget holders have a better understanding of the information at hand.
The Project Accountant will also get involved in the budget setting for certain areas of the organisation.
Profile
Ideally you will be a qualified Accountant and hold ACA, ACCA, CIMA or a CIPFA qualification
You will be able to start immediately
You will have excellent large systems skills. It would be advantageous if you have worked with Agresso.
You will have excellent management accounting skills including budget setting.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to coach Budget Holders on financial information
