- Work with team to deliver superior customer service by driving operational performance (meeting SLAs, reducing costs, driving operational efficiency and reducing operational risks)
- Support team lead and section head to manage team resources to meet strategic objectives of the department
- Support any key organizational strategic initiatives to help in operation and business improvements
- Manage Business operations which have a significant scale of operational size along with complexity of transactions involved
- Build and maintain good working relationships with Business Partners and other strategic units and operate in an open and transparent way being fully accountable for supporting their business
- Support other operational teams and/or other stakeholders in driving operational change programmes
Qualifications
- University degree
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills
- Able to work independently, quickly, with good attention to detail and solutions-oriented
- Self-motivated with initiative to take on new and additional responsibilities
- Able to have great teamwork with team members
