Executive Talent Solutions are working with a fast growing manufacturing business in Winnersh, Berks to recruit a Financial Accountant.

The business has recently received significant investment to allow them to expand and achieve some ambitious growth plans. This has created a new role of Senior Accountant.

The role of Financial Accountant offers a salary of £55-60k plus an excellent benefits package. There is also the opportunity of work towards a FC role over the next 18 months. The role will be based in Winnersh, Berks but for the time being will allow for home working.

Key responsibilities include:

• Prepare detailed monthly performance and position reporting.
• Preparation of monthly reporting packs.
• Act as a Finance Business Partner to provide financial and decision support for the business and assist in the development of customer margin analysis.
• Collate payroll information and complete checks prior submission to outsourced payroll provider.
• Ensure controls and processes are in place to capture the transactions of the business appropriately and accurately
• Maintain and update daily cash flow reporting and forecasting
• Support all compliance needs for Audit, VAT, Corporation tax, pensions, and insurance
• Preparation of quarterly VAT submission and monthly intrastat lodgements.
• Assist with the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting process.
• Contribute to ongoing process and procedural improvement

Candidates applying should be ACA or ACCA qualified with experience with in Audit or Financial Accounting.
