About the Role

An exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant to join CIPHR a fast growing SaaS business as a Senior Financial Analyst.

Responsibilities include producing key performance indicators ("KPIs") and financial modelling. This position will report to the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager and entail working closely with our Finance team as well as senior management across all functional areas of the business.

Enhance existing KPIs & create new KPIs using Excel and / or PowerBI and will cover both financial and non-financial based metrics that help drive business success.
Provide in-depth MRR (monthly recurring revenue) analysis and reporting including new business, existing business, cohort analysis and churn analysis.
Assist with M&A, including detailed revenue modelling, assisting with board papers and due diligence and integrating the reporting.
Support the FP&A Manager with maintaining and enhancing the monthly reporting model
Support the FP&A Manager with the annual budget and re-forecast process.
Perform monthly variance and trend analysis between actual, budget and forecast targets.
Support senior management in creating and developing monthly Board reports, Board papers and ad-hoc analysis.
Enhance and maintain the headcount model.
Manage the calculation of sales commissions.
Creating and auditing PowerBI reports and ensuring CRM is accurate.
Reconcile deferred revenue balance sheet accounts each month for review with the Financial Controller.
Assist with year-end audit and preparation of schedules in support of the statutory accounts.About You

You will be a qualified CIMA or ACCA or ACA or equivalent with strong Microsoft Excel and PowerBI (or similar) skills
Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Sage 50 experience is desirable
You will ideally be highly analytical with the ability to interpret information and make recommendations
Strong presence with the ability to interact with senior managers and colleagues alike
A Numerate worker coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritise and works well under pressure
