RTR Specialist - Finance & Tax Work place: Wrocław
Goal of the position:

• Reviewing reconciliations of accounts, including tax related
• Verifying financial transactions and records according to 3M standards
• Coordination of financial processes for dedicated regional entities.
• Initiating and developing process improvements and automation projects
• Active engagement in transition - testing, identification and resolving process gaps.
• Support for local finance and tax team and other consultants/auditors.
• Sharing knowledge and providing guidance for tax accounts reconciliations owners
• Providing trainings to GSC employees and beyond
• Fostering compliance and GFS framework.
• Conducting 3M principles in day to day work.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Preparing accounting entries and performing period-end activities
• Documenting financial transactions according to 3M standards
• Reviewing reconciliation of dedicating accounts
• Supporting investigation and resolution of any reconciling differences on the assigned accounts.
• Coordinates and facilitates the process of documenting accounting policies and procedures
• Improve and develop internal processes and controls
• Took part in internal and external audits with resolution of audit queries and documentation preparation for tax controls/obligatory reporting.
• Coordinates and drives issues resolving with country Managers. Preparation of financial reports and data.
• Assisting with issues or questions from Local Management and auditors queries
• Processing payments requests
• Engagement in obtaining and developing tax and accounting knowledge
• Other, as supervisor may order.

Education and experience:

• University degree in finance or similar subject
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in finance

Knowledge and skills:

• 5-8 years of experience on similiar position
• Fluent English
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• SAP experience or other ERP experience
• Practical knowledge of accounting and tax
• Very good organizational and planning skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
