Job IntroductionWe have an opportunity for you to join our Procurement andD;
Cost Management Team as our new Finance Manager. This 12-month role will seeD;
you support senior leaders across the organisation to understand the costsD;
behind key processes and activities in order to improve both process and costD;
efficiencies.Main ResponsibilitiesYou'll work closely with a range of stakeholders to makeD;
sure the Cost Management Team have accurate and up to date information to allowD;
for monthly reporting and opportunity for challenge through our newly formedD;
challenge groups. With an eye for detail, you will facilitate data captureD;
sessions with your stakeholders to understand processes, identify dataD;
available for use and any wastage which could be avoided from a costD;
perspective. You will build the results of departmental action plans intoD;
future forecasts and budgets, working closely with stakeholders to make sureD;
their plans are on track and producing effective outputs. You'll also support a small team by providing direction andD;
using your coaching skills to support their development. Ideal CandidateNaturally for this role you'll need to have a recognisedD;
accounting qualification and experience of putting this in to practice. You'llD;
be able to strike the balance of working with data whilst also buildingD;
effective relationships with a range of departmen
ts across the Society. The keyD;

Visual basic Ability to influence and collaborate withD;
stakeholders at all levels Coaching/feedback skills Time management skills with the ability to workD;
