Requirements:

• Bcom Accounting/ Finanace
• 6-8 Years experience
• Must come from a multinational and a shared services environment
• JDE Edwards and HFM (Hyperion)

Duties:

• Receive and capture journals in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
• Monthly reconciliation and administration of general ledger accounts for Shared Services
• Monthly reconciliation of HUB accounts
• Maintain and manage Shared Services accruals
• Ensure all HUB account confirmations are performed timeously
• Check and verify petty cash on hand and accruals monthly
• Accurate and timeous reporting in Hyperion
• Perform all budgets and outlooks
• Manage budget and administrate expenses;
• Manage and maintain all contracts
• Check and compile monthly statutory reports (VAT Return) for multiple divisions
• Review Cashbook input on monthly basis
• Attend to audit queries as and when required; and perform ad hoc duties as and when required within reasonable job scope.
