Assistant Accounts Officer - Taxation

Online E-filing of clients monthly Sales Tax and yearly Income Tax returns. (Hands On training will be provided for a month)
Preparing Reports on Ms Excel of clients Sales and purchases, and summaries of the same also, make Withholding statements and related reporting works on Ms Excel you must have knowledge of how to use PIVOT Table, Filter, IF, VLOOKUP, SUM, AVERAGE, PERCENTAGE, Make comparison and reporting and formatting in the Ms Excel.
Typing and preparing of the word documents in Ms Office as per the instructions by the senior management for the tax department.
Attend telephone calls of Clients and respond to them in the light of ongoing tasks you are performing or as instructed by the management.
Maintain Books of accounts of clients in our Accounting software.
Filing documents Softcopy/hardcopy in relevant folders.
If required you will do outdoor visits to tax offices/clients' offices to submit the documents and related short correspondence.
Outdoor work for preparing the photocopies and making binders and folders of clients to be submitted at the tax department.
