Senior Commercial Analyst - West
Location:
Larkhill / Warminster / TNB - Flexible
Purpose:
To provide effective and efficient performance and unavailability reporting and management across the West. To provide contractual clarification and interpretation to local operational teams on routine matters.
To oversee submission of funding requests (WARF) across the West. To manage monthly billing and barrack damage processes.
To assist operational teams with compliance with the contract and to provide clarification and interpretation as required.
Key
Responsibilities:
Daily reporting and analysis of performance and unavailability using data from IFS across the West ensuring that the system reflects the current status.
Responsibility for achieving day 5 close for performance and unavailability reporting for the West.
Line management of commercial analysts across the West.
Experience & Skills required:
Relevant and demonstrable experience operating within a strict contractual framework or experience interpreting complex contracts.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
A proven record of effective team management.
Somebody able to 'muck in' when required in a high-volume processing environment
Legal/contract training (formal or informal) Desirable
