The WIP Controller is the first point of contact for all client financial WIP matters for account management and production. Assisting the Client Finance Partner in providing timely and accurate information.

You would be responsible for client accounting management, effectively work and communicate with finance and non-financial people, raising invoices/credit notes both client & intercompany, allocating costs against prebilling on a job by job basis, maintaining tracking sheets for jobs regarding approvals, PO's, billing, reconciliations on client by client basis, chasing up outstanding client purchase orders, monitoring spend against estimate and highlighting problems at an early stage, regular meetings/contact with account teams to ensure work in progress is up to date and any problems highlighted, Requesting job reconciliations from project managers or producers and checking with production upon completion, resolve any client invoice queries, awareness of client terms of business, billing policies etc, Monitoring budgets in relation to non-billable expenditure, and assist with client and internal audits.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a similar WIP/Revenue based role working with external third parties. You will come from an advertising/media background and have previous experience business partnering. In return you will receive a competitive salary + other benefits.
