Benefits & Pensions Specialist - Birmingham
We are currently looking for an experienced Benefits & Pensions Specialist to join a large well-respected business on a permanent basis.
Location:
Birmingham, West Midlands
Working: Monday - Friday
Salary:
£45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience + benefits
Duties for the Benefits & Pensions Specialist will include:
* Working within the HR & Reward team you will be responsible for providing advice to senior stakeholders regarding all governance and process matters regarding pensions and benefits
* Liaising with various third-party stakeholders regarding technical pension issues
* Performing benefit projects with the team as required, along with ensuring that benefit plans meet all business requirements
* Reviewing employee, pension & benefit data across the UK
* Answering questions internally from employees regarding their benefits & pensions; supporting them to make informed decisions
* Supporting on various flexible benefits projects
Essential skills of the Benefits & Pensions Specialist:
* Pensions experience including final salary & technical pensions knowledge
* Senior pensions exposure
* Excellent stakeholder experience
