Strategic HR Business Partner (Change)

*Local Government* *Contract to end of financial year *Mostly home working*

An interim senior HR change specialist (senior Business Partner level) is required to support a Local Governments transformation programme.

The role:


• To support the Council's transformational programme


• Ability to work with the senior management team, influence decision making and lead programmes of work at pace.


• To start as soon as possible until the end of financial year


• Part time or full time


• Strong employee relations skills


• Proven track record in delivering transformational change


• Mostly working from home. Some on-site work in Herefordshire will be required but by exception.


• Public sector would be useful, not essential.
