FP+A Manager

An opportunity has arisen in the group function of my client, which is a dynamic award-winning agency with an international presence. They operate a high calibre finance function, which provides crucial finance support to the business. As the Group FP+ A manager commences 9-month maternity cover, my client is looking to seek an accomplished individual to move into this role. As Group FP+A manager you will be required to develop strong relationships with the finance contacts in each country and the senior finance/ board members in the business and have the confidence to challenge them on their outlook. The role will be responsible for ownership of the agencies finances with their parent company, in relation to financial trends and variances, including the monthly CFO pack. You will also be responsible for the monthly and quarterly for reforecast, bonus forecast and accrual. You will also be responsible for monitoring and interpreting KPIs - highlighting trends, unexpected variances. There will also be a number of adhoc duties for example scenario modelling, investment appraisals and supporting any M+A transactions. This is a great role in a really exciting agency based in Central London. The agency has won several awards over the last few years and there is a really nice cultural feel to the place. My client is looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) who has post qualification experience. You will need to have worked previously within the Media industry and be able to show your previous achievements in a similar role.
