An established Property Business is looking to hire an recent and ambitious finance graduate who can learn with the wider team!

Your new role
Working in a team of 5, you will be reporting into the Financial Controller. Tasks for this role include:

• Processing purchase invoices
• Bank reconciliations
• Preparing weekly cash and deposit reports
• Raising rental invoices & credit control

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have less than a years experience in finance and have exposure to some variation of transactional finance. You will need to have strong academics and have graduated within the last year. Ideally you will have good to strong excel skills and good communication skills.
