A well established business that's has experienced solid growth, are currently recruiting for a German Speaking Accountant to join the team. You will be reporting to the Head of Finance and working within thriving and high performing international finance team.


Your new role

• Producing monthly management accounts
• Take ownership of accruals and prepayments
• Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
• Preparing and review of quarterly VAT returns to be submitted to external accountants.
• Review payment runs prepared by junior accountant
• Review and ensure accuracy of the entries of the junior accountant
• Produce weekly cash flow forecasts
• Suggest improvements to processes and financial reports
• Support the Finance Director

What you'll need to succeed

• Excel skills
• Fluent in German
• A "hands on" attitude
• Ability to work in a fast paced working environment
• High level of attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
• Background in working for an international group preferred
