As Business Controller you will:
  • Prepare, analyze and report performance KPIs (daily, weekly and monthly);
  • Drive yearly/quarterly budgeting process (OPEX and performance KPIs);
  • Cooperate daily with Senior Management to ensure that productivity targets are set up to achieve the success;
  • Review and validate short/long-term hiring plans;
  • Work together with Site Controller to set cost targets and get involved in warehouse strategic financial planning;
  • Participate in month-end-close process including forecasting activities;
  • Calculate and analyze monthly results, constantly increase accruals accuracy;
  • Take part in special projects aiming to reduce costs and boost the performance;
  • Prepare internal, controlling and accounting related reports;
  • Perform analysis based on complex data warehouse systems.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in operations supply chain analysis or financial analysis or business process or labor demand analytics and working with systems within a fast paced metrics driven environment;
  • Thrive on analytics and detailed investigation; able to coordinate workload;
  • Solution driven approach to systems and processes; advanced computer literacy (MS Excel, MS Access/other Database). SQL knowledge is an asset;
  • Decision making/complex problem solving - proactively gathers the right data from appropriate sources, probes/considers all of the facts, considers other perspectives; conducts root cause analysis; refers to long term plans and goals; prioritizes key factors; acts decisively, promptly and confidently;
  • Proficiency with quantitative analysis and databases;
  • You are fluent in English. Both verbally and written communication.
