Associate Finance Manager Nordics

Position Description
- Act as Finance Business Partner for the Management of QIAGEN Nordics (Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark).
- Analyse monthly, quarterly and yearly financial figures - including balance sheet and profit & loss.
- Provide financial transparency to senior management for decision making and provide guidance and advice regarding business status and success.
- Take responsibility for preparation of statutory financial results, on time reporting and coordination of yearly audit.
- Cooperate with external advisors (tax, legal) and auditors.
- Work in cross functional projects.
- This position does not include team management.
Position Requirements
- University degree in Finance/ Accounting.
- At least 3 years of experience in a comparable position.
- Minimum 6 years of overall work experience in finance area.
- Strong experience in accounting area.
- Experience in US-GAAP Accounting.
- Proven skills in SAP-FI, SAP-CO and MS-Office (Excel, PPT).
- Very good knowledge of English (an additional Scandinavian language would be beneficial).

- Ability to analyse, support and improve management processes in international organisations.
- Willingness to work in an international team.
- Very good communication skills.
- Very good analytical skills.
- High flexibility.
- Willingness to travel (5%).
