Job descripion:
Requirements:
- Loxy Poland is a producer and distributor of textiles and textile related products, such as reflective tape, vests, t-shirts, wool socks etc.
- Loxy Poland is located in Rumia, Poland, and employs 20 production operators, 6 office staff and 3 supervisors/management.
- The Loxy Poland controller will be located in Loxy's offices and work closely with Site Manager and office staff.

Job descripion:
- Financial analysis and controlling for Loxy Poland
- Analysis of financial position, balance sheet and P&L

- Analysis of working capital, implementation of actions to optimize cash flow
- Analysis of production and product cost, implementation of initiatives to improve profitability
- Establishment and follow up of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Analysis of sales and profitability
- Follow up and improvement of internal control
- Monthly financial reporting to internal stakeholders and Loxy Group
- Monthly reporting of Key Performance Indicators to stakeholders and Loxy Group
- Ensure correct transfer pricing in cooperation with Loxy Group CFO for all transactions where Loxy Poland is party.
- Responsibility for part of the legal accounting for Loxy Poland
- Assistance in dealing with official matters and reporting to government
- Loxy Poland Controller will report to Loxy Poland site manager (solid line) and Loxy Group CFO (dotted line).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/auditing
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge and experience with IFRS
- Experience in working in an international/corporate environment preferable
- Experience in plant controlling/manufacturing finance preferable
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Analytical and proactive
- Strong communicator
- Interest in driving business performance through analysis and support to local and Loxy Group management
- Ability to identify improvement opportunities and drive initiative to realize those
- Ability to prioritize and handle several activities at the same time
