Internship in Customer Operations and Services Departments Location: Poznań Global Shareholder Services department consists of several groups that support FT clients across the globe - on US, Canadian and International markets. Our main responsibility is dealing with our customers' requests (maintaining accounts and execute various financial transactions) but we also have teams that have direct contact with the clients, pull variety of reports and analyze the data as well as provide additional supporting functions.
We are searching for a group of Interns, who will support the team in various areas such as: Customer Operations, Customer Services, Project Management, Metrics & Analysis, Business Administration etc.

Working with us, you will be responsible for:

This role focuses on managing various projects leading to completion or maintenance of registration as foreign investor in local markets. The Analyst will also gain knowledge and experience with fast changing regulations and requirements established by local financial regulators around the world.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have current student status and the availability to work 25-30 hours per week (within the frame 8:00a.m. to 10:00p.m. CET depending on the team)
• Demonstrate excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of an additional language such as French or German is preferable. We have teams, where French or German are used daily
• Are tech savvy individuals with knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Outlook & Word
• Have strong analytical skills with a keen eye for details
• Can prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
