Treasury Executive
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in banking, commerce, business administration, accounting and/or finance or equivalent in professional accounting body Detailed oriented and meticulous in work Proficient in MS office applications especially MS Excel. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: Ensure that all approved invoices, debit notes are paid within due dates if there are sufficient funds Prepare payment for invoices that not due yet with appropriate values dates Ensure credit notes are utilized as soon as possible and in the most cost-effective manner as possible. Ensure cash to master, advances and disbursements to manning agent and port agent are paid timely Matching bank debit and credit advices to invoices Process payroll payments (month end, off signers and also those on urgent basis) Confirming remittances to third parties where required. Ensure email queries from banks, internal clients, vendors, management centres are answered within agreed timeframe. Ensure currency register is updated accurately on agreed basis in Bassnet. Liaise with Bank for Amended letters, Void payment letters, Track missing payments, Amendment details of current payments, Void transaction and recall funds and etc Purpose To prepare payment transaction for vendors and agent liaise with bank and assist Team Lead Treasury to ensure all approved invoices are paid on timely manner and to ensure harmonious working relationship between group members and with other teams and assist the Managers and Assistant Managers on any ad hoc task which may arise.
