My client is a "non for profit" organisations working in the healthcare sector. They work closely with the Pacifica community and offer a wide range of services from basic medical support to community programs and events. They are a close knit organisation looking for someone to join their "Family". Working directly with the CEO and the Board, this is a great all round hands on role with breadth that you can make your own.

The Role

Reporting into the CEO you will be the only person in finance and be responsible for the full finance function end to end.

Responsibilities include;

• Year end and quarterly reporting including leading the annual audit
• Preparation and presenting the Board reports at Board meetings
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Preparation on financial reports for the Ministry of Health
• Preparation of the full monthly reporting cycle
• Accounts payable and receivables management
• Weekly Payroll processing
• Cashflow management
• Business partnering with the operational side of the business
• All other ad-hoc financial responsibilities

  To be considered for this role you must be CA Qualified. Ideally you will have come from a similar role or are looking to take a step back into as smaller operation. This is an ideal role for someone that enjoys working in and supporting their community. You must also have worked on MYOB previously.
  
  Experience working for a non for profit would be of advantage especially if based within the healthcare sector.
