The Role

I have been instructed by a top U.S firm who are aggressively expanding in their London offering to source an exceptional Corporate M&A Partner. You will be part of an extremely busy M&A/PE practice and have the chance to work on ultra-high valuation work.

You will have had second to none academics and ideally will already be working at another US or magic circle firm. You will also have the chance to be a part of acting for both venture and growth equity investment funds and be involved at the early stage of investments and emerging companies. This is a great opportunity for an individual to set their career apart from the rest and work for a market leading U.S firm
