We are looking for three Pensions Advisers (Two Permanent and One Fixed Term contract) to join our new in-house retained pensions administration team who will be responsible for working with our Pensions provider to deliver a first-class services to the members of our pension scheme.
You will need excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interpret regulations and translate it across in such a way that is practical and jargon free and easy to understand by the scheme members. Ideally you will have knowledge of the Local Government Pension Scheme or similar pension schemes and an ability to plan and organise a variable workload in order to meet deadlines.

Role
Responsibilities:
• Support the Pensions Manager in the day to day operation of the Retained Pension Client Service, which includes monitoring the pension administrator's performance against set criteria.
• Undertake a range of administrative duties in relation to the pension client function, including the provision and checking of information to support the accurate maintenance of scheme member records, and to monitor and assist employers in fulfilling their obligations to the pension fund.
• Provide administrative support to the Pensions Manager as required
