Job description:

• Budgeting process organization
• Cooperation in creating a consolidated budget
• Annual budget monitoring and short-term forecast implementation
• Tax policy optimization
• Simplification of accounting practices
• Supervision over the financial statements preparation
• Cooperation with external institutions (auditors and financial institutions)
• Cost optimization
• Preparing management reports
• Cash flow management
• Overseeing annual insurance
• Monitoring expenditures
• Developing financial strategy
• Overseeing internal controls and reporting
• Finance Division management
• Financial and business risk identifying and prevention
• Obtaining finance for development
• Preparing business plans

Requirements:

• FLUENT English
• Proven experience as Financial Manager / Chief Accountant or similar role (min. 5 years)
• ACCA , CIMA or MBA diploma (Auditor's qualifications will be an additional asset)
• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices
• Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
• Proficient in the use of MS Office
• An analytical mind with a strategic ability
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• NAVISION software knowledge (will be an additional asset)
