Analyzing credit data and financial information of persons or companies that are applying for credit or loans to determine the risk that the bank, or other lending or credit-granting institution will not recoup funds loaned.

Seeking opportunities for business development.

Driving sales success and peak performance across the company.

Building relationship with customers and potential customers to help customer retention and expansion.

Implementing and devising strategies for company growth.

Representing the organisation in courts over legal matters.

Credit (loan application) reviews and appraisal

Maintaining low risk standard and ensuring bad debt at minimal rate (default rate)

Submission of credit applications to credit reference bureau for verification, recommendation and approval.

Marketing and sales of company products and services.

Overtime and other recoveries (dawn)

Any other related responsibilities

Stay abreast of new types of loans and other financial services and products in order to better meet customers needs.

Market bank products to individuals and firms ,promoting bank services that meet customers needs.

Analyse potential loan market and develop referral networks in order to locate prospects for loans.

Monitoring and evaluation.

Qualifications And Requirements

A minimum of HND is required

Candidate must have had not less than 3 years of working experience in the said field.

Salary expectation: GHs 1,200.00
