The Role

As a Payroll & Accounts Payable Officer, you will be working in a team of 5, and you will report into the Senior Financial Accountant.

Your duties include:

• Processing of weekly and monthly payroll for 100+ employees
• Manually entering timesheets and maintaining payroll information
• Accounts Payable invoice processing
• Accounts Reconciliations
• Weekly and monthly payment runs
• Other ad-hoc duties

Your Profile

To be considered for this role you will:

• At least 3 years' experience working full function Accounts Payables and Payroll
• Experience with medium sized ERP systems
• Intermediate excel skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously or in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills

Please note that experience with IMS Payroll and/or Microsoft Navision will be highly advantageous.
