An opportunity has arisen with an established Engineering business in Bar Hill who are looking for a personable and energetic individual to join their close knit and friendly team. The Purchase Ledger Clerk will be responsible for the the processing of the business invoices alongside the reconciliations of supplier statements.

Description
The Purchase Ledger Clerk will be responsible for:
- Day to day processing of business invoices
- Ensuring the detailed reconciling of supplier statements
- Processing monthly credit card transactions
- Supporting with monthly reports and processing
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Supporting the audit process within the business
Profile
The successful candidate for the Purchase Ledger Clerk will be:
- Comfortable in using Sage 200 as well as Excel
- Previous experience in a high volume environment would be advantageous
- Confident in working and liaising with suppliers
- Proven in producing accurate and timely work
- A personable and energetic individual eager to support the business
