This close knit and high performing real asset team deploys both debt and equity into ethical investment opportunities that provide long term secure income streams to match pension holders liabilities.

A secure and growing business we are looking to find a senior analyst/fund manager who has some strong experience with property related transactions and a background in the analysis of / investment evaluation pertaining to a wide variety of infrastructure sectors.

We expect most of the following skill set to be demonstrated by the succesful candidate.

  • Record of academic achievement

  • Excellent analytical training gained within rating agency/project finance/ structured private equity environment. (We are ideally looking for a blend of valuation/ structuring and rating expertise).

  • Ability to structure or understand CMBS/similar with at least some background in property related deals/investments. (Build to rent exposure particularly favoured as would the ability to understand the rating methodologies of construction companies) .

  • Knowledge of a wide range of infrastructure classes desirable

  • Experience in wrting good credit papers for investment purposes.

  • Understanding of tax and equity structures.

  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skill.

This is a career opportunity for someone who likes working in a collaborative environment but equally able to take on the full management of specific projects as required. Day to day responsiblity would include working with origination re the evaluation of investment opportunities, structuring of both debt and equity transactions, asessment of credit rating methodologies to debt financing trances and preparation of detailed proposals to credit /investment committees.

We see this role as representing a great analyst to portfolio management transition for the right candidate or equally the chance to broaden a skill set for someone who has become silo'd in a large organisation/real asset business and not enjoying their environment.
