To support our business-partnering activities, we are now seeking a Site Finance Manager / Finance Business Partner to join us in Pembrokeshire.

If you are an ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant from an FMCG background, this is an exciting opportunity to make a positive, lasting impact on the operations of our Haverfordwest site.

You will act as a trusted advisor and partner for our managers regarding all things finance and will have the chance to play a vital part in our ongoing success.

The Role

As the Site Finance Manager / Finance Business Partner, you will implement, enhance and maintain all site financial controls. You will also provide financial analysis, forecasts and guidance to the wider site management team to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Reporting to the Head of Operational Finance, you will ensure that our Haverfordwest site thrives from a financial perspective. You'll be involved in various activities, from reporting to ad-hoc projects to make sure we are operating in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

Some of your duties will include:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships across the site
- Preparing monthly management accounts
- Driving the development and reporting of the annual budget with in-depth clear variance analysis
- Supporting Site Managers by providing operational and efficiency information
- Establishing and communicating finance best practice

About You

To join us as a Site Finance Manager / Finance Business Partner, you'll need:

- To be an ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant with experience of working in an FMCG environment
- Strong financial analysis skills
- Good IT skills
- To be confident, self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to build relationships across the business to enhance understanding and support
